Are you an exceptional individual looking to make a real difference? Do you enjoy working in an innovative and forward-thinking environment? Are you ready for a new and exciting challenge?

Yes? Then this could be the perfect opportunity for you. This is a newly created role; it’s unique, ambitious and reflects our passion to deliver a positive customer experience and make a positive impact locally. If you would like to join our team and make a real difference, now and in the future, we want to hear from you.

At NPH, we are less than four years into our long term management agreement. Our mission is to provide homes which enable people to live happy and healthy lives in enriched communities. We are making great progress and delivering significant improvements to tenants’ homes and the services we provide.

We are looking for an Assistant Director of Finance with enthusiasm and ambition to come on our exciting journey.  We need a strong leader who can inspire, engage and communicate effectively at all levels.  Your areas of responsibility will be Finance, Procurement, and Income and Leasehold Services.

You will take the lead in delivering high quality financial processes, as well as ensuring the organisations procurement activity generates value for money, and leading on ensuring income collection is as high as possible.  Your leadership will ensure efficient and effective use of resources, which will provide assurance to the organisation.  In return, the role provides a great opportunity for personal development and growth.

For an informal discussion call Paul Satchwell on 01604 837851.

Interviews will take place from mid August onwards.
