The role

Do you have previous experience of managing cyclical/major works repair programmes to resident's homes in a Social Housing Partnering Environment?

Are you forward and strategic thinking with the ability to offer initiatives and solutions to improve service delivery?

As our Senior Surveyor (Cyclical) you will be managing a team of surveyors responsible for the development & delivery of Cyclical Maintenance Programmes including Major Work's Projects, to time, budget, quality and high resident satisfaction.

You will be expected to provide analysis and recommendations for programme building and inspect and undertake desktop surveys to record and capture information on our building stock, especially external, and communal and estate related components. You will be expected to monitor KPI's and undertake regular reviews with contractors to ensure continuous improvement.

You will be managing 2 Cyclical Surveyors and 1 Assistant Surveyor and an Admin Assistant.

To be successful, you must have a well-developed level of technical building knowledge and a good experience of awareness of Energy Efficiency programmes. You will have a good understanding of building regulations, statutory frameworks and compliance. You must have experience of managing or being able to demonstrate the ability to manage cyclical/major works repair programmes into resident's homes in a Social Housing Partnering Environment.
