This is an exciting opportunity to join our Home Ownership Department as a Trainee Property Manager. This trainee opportunity will give you the tools, knowledge and experience to kick start your career in property management. We'll support and develop you over a period of 12 months with the aim of securing a permanent Property Management role at the end.

After supporting a colleague to manage their patch you will then have the opportunity to manage some blocks on your own. We're looking for enthusiastic, passionate and ambitious people, who can impress our customers and live our CORE values. Does that sound like you?

A 2:1 degree or a higher-level qualification in a related field is desirable but not essential. If you are passionate about customer service, people and property management; we're interested.

You will be based at our East Croydon office but will be expected to travel to our different locations in Kent, Sussex and the Midlands from time to time. You will gain a broad insight into property management through site visits and shadowing colleagues.

Knowledge

Educated to degree level including passes in GCSE English and Maths or equivalent or ability to operate at that level (E)

Willing to follow a structured training plan to achieve membership of the IRPM within two years. (E)

Experience of the delivery of high quality customer services or the aptitude to do so and attain high levels of customer satisfaction. (E)

Property or leasehold block management experience. (D)

Abilities

Good verbal and numerical reasoning skills. (E)

Ability to deal with conflicting priorities. (E)

Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure (E)

Full driving licence and have a vehicle available for work use (D)
