Notting Hill Genesis is a recently merged housing association following the amalgamation of Notting Hill Housing Trust and Genesis. It's an exciting time to join us as we shape our future as one of London's leading housing providers. We are an entrepreneurial social business with real commercial drive.

We are looking for a Service Desk Manager to join our IT Services team located at our head office in Kings Cross, London. This exciting role will see you lead a team that manages first and second line IT services. Reporting into the Senior Service Delivery Manager, you will ensure the efficient operation of the service desk to deliver maximum customer satisfaction to both internal and external stakeholders. You will also design the service desk team service plan, work plan and resource management.

Notting Hill Genesis are one of the largest housing associations in London and the south-east, providing homes for around 170,000 people in some 55,000 properties across the capital and a further 9,000 in the home counties and East Anglia. We were formed in April 2018 from Notting Hill Housing and Genesis Housing Association. Together, we are able to do more for our customers and make a bigger difference for those in housing need across London and the south-east.

To qualify for this role, we are looking for an experienced individual who has previously managed first and second line service desk teams in a large, complex environment. You will have an ITIL qualification and preferably knowledge of Prince2 project management. This role requires an innovative and highly effective person who possesses strong leadership skills, an excellent organiser and a proficient communicator at all levels.
