About the role

Gentoo have a new and exciting opportunity for an Assistant Delivery Manager to work with the Delivery Manager to deliver the project management of Gentoo’s affordable development programme. You will be part of the team responsible for overseeing the construction of our £117m affordable homes programme which will deliver more than 900 new homes over the next five years.

You will be part of the Delivery Team who will manage projects client-side from planning submission to practical completion ensuring that all new homes have high standards of workmanship and are delivered within financial parameters to achieve KPI’s. 

You will be responsible for contributing to the overall Group strategy by delivering on development objectives ensuring the organisation is able to respond positively and appropriately to challenges and opportunities. 

What we are looking for

We are looking for a self-motivated, innovative and experienced individual with a successful track record of delivering housing development programmes at manager level. Strong financial and commercial awareness and experience of continuous improvement to services to deliver increased social value is essential.

The successful candidate will have excellent stakeholder relationship skills and the ability to empower individuals through a shared passion for creating great homes, strong communities and inspiring people.
