Job Details

We are currently looking for two Support Officers to join our team of dedicated professionals, on a zero hour contract basis, supporting service users with learning disabilities in Kent.

We aim to enable and encourage our service users to live as independently as possible within a community setting. The service users have varied and active lives; working, studying and participating in local community groups.

You'll need to demonstrate commitment to supporting people in making everyday choices on how they want to live their lives. Experience of working with people with learning disabilities is not essential as full training will be given.

Due to the nature of the role applicants are required to have a patient, caring and sensitive approach.

This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your skills and experience to really make a difference.

You must be able to work day shifts, evenings and sleep-ins as and when required.

Closing Date: Friday 23rd August 2019 at midday

Interviews will be held on Wednesday 11th September 2019 at our office in Tonbridge

Applicants must be able to travel across the region as required.

This post is subject to an Enhanced Adult Criminal Record Check.
