Are you a commercially focused and looking to make a difference with a new and exciting challenge?

You will be accountable for purchasing land for private open market homes to meet Clarion Housing Group's ambitious target of building 50,000 new homes over the next ten years. Working with the Director of Land and Planning, you'll appraise new opportunities, considering options for tenure, mix, design, funding, use and partnership working.
