Income Management Officer
Salary: £ 29,766 - £34,794 per annum pro rata
Grade: SO1 - PO1
Location: Wood Green, Haringey
Contract: 4 months Fixed Term Contract
Hours: 36 hours per week

Homes for Haringey are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Income Management Officer to join them in the Income Management Team and hit the ground running. Applicants should have a proven track record collecting rents and other related charges, and be able to demonstrate how they can assist in achieving outstanding collection performance despite the increasingly tough economic conditions.
You will need to be well organised and a skilled communicator with good knowledge of Welfare Reform, including Universal Credit to be able to support tenants and maximise income whilst sustaining tenancies.
Typical working hours will be 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday however these may change to suit business needs.
Salary offered will depend on experience
Please note this is a 4 month fixed term contract
