We provide affordable, private and social rented homes, student, NHS and temporary accommodation, as well as supported housing and homes for older people. Whilst we take a commercial approach to housebuilding, all of the surpluses the Group generates are reinvested into supporting our social purpose, helping to deliver more homes and services for customers.

We are currently recruiting for a part time Service Charge Officer who will be tasked with providing an effective and responsive service to all of our tenants, leaseholders, shared owners and other residents on all matters that relates to the assessment and preparation of service charges across all tenure types.
You will work with our Operational Teams (Leasehold, Housing and Care & Support) to ensure the revision of our service charge estimates are carried out in a timely manner.
You will work with the Service Charge Manager and Head of Service Charge to provide regular and accurate performance information.
To be successful, you will have an understanding of accounting systems and have experience of delivery of a customer orientated service. You will have the ability to calculate data and analyse information in order to draw a logical conclusion.
Ideally you will also have experience of working in a service charge role.
