We're looking for an exceptional Head of Residential Marketing to come and support our expanding team at this exciting time.

Clarion Housing Group is the country's largest housing association with 125,000 homes nationwide. What you'll be doing

Following the recent appointment of the Group Corporate Affairs Director, we're looking for an inspirational Head of Residential Marketing to lead a talented team of Marketing Executives and Managers. We'll look go you to promote Clarion's residential development work across the country in order to underpin and drive sales. You'll develop the Latimer brand and individual development propositions to help purchasers understand the benefits of buying from Clarion. This is a unique opportunity to explore Clarion's scale and buying power with a genuine focus on quality and place making.

In addition to executing the Group's homes for sale marketing strategy focusing on maximising income generation and mitigating risks, you'll be required to recruit, develop and performance manage a team of high performing, target driven individuals to create a professional and responsive marketing function.

Other responsibilities include:

    • Developing a self-service online customer journey, maximising qualified lead conversion and using compelling and relevant content across digital platforms
    • Harnessing data to make informed and timely decisions on future marketing spend and activity, to target resources effectively and support the sales teams in meeting targets

What we're looking for

You'll have previous experience with a track record of delivering at senior management team level overseeing a marketing operation, ideally in the built environment or similar sales orientated environment. You'll also have significant experience of working across all of the core marketing disciplines, with particular experience and an understanding of the role of marketing in driving sales in a B2C context.

We're looking for a strong leader with personal integrity, credibility and proven experience of managing a high performing team, in a fast paced environment.
