Salary: £32,430 - £34,794 per annum

Contract: 36 hours a week, 12 months fixed term contract

Homes for Haringey are expanding their Supply and Contracts team and have an exciting opportunity for a Repairs Officer to join our offices located in Wood Green, North London. This is an exciting opportunity for a compassionate, customer driven individual looking to develop their skills within our high performing and dynamic team.

This role will see you lead on the investigations and resolutions of a range of repairs within the Private Sector Leases (PSL). We want to ensure our customers are informed and valued through clear and effective communication. To achieve this, you will ensure that repairs allocated to the property owners are completed and signed appropriately within target dates. You will be in regular contact with internal and external contractors to ensure that works are completed to a good standard. The Supply and Contracts team is made up of the Supply and Contracts Administrator and Housing Management Officers. You will provide support to the team, carrying out site visits to determine the type of repairs required and to assist in raising jobs on the system.

You will have previous housing related experience in a customer driven environment. We are looking for an excellent communicator, both written and verbal who can work collaboratively in a small team. The ideal candidate will have the ablitiy to identify repairs that are required. You will be part of a stable and growing team who are customer focused and solution driven.
