Resident Engagement Officer
Are you a self-motivated, customer focused individual who has a passion for resident involvement?
If so, we have an exciting opportunity you may be interested in. We are looking to recruit an outstanding housing professional to lead on resident participation. You will be responsible for embedding a culture of engagement across Housing Services to ensure residents living in homes owned by the Council can influence policy, service delivery and drive improvements. You will need to be able to:
- Facilitate collaborative working between the organisation, stakeholders and customers to ensure services are designed to meet customer need whilst achieving value for money.
- Introduce new ways to interact with our residents to ensure all residents have a voice and are kept informed.
- Demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills and enjoy engaging with the public to make a difference.
The role of Resident Engagement Officer is a key part of our Tenancy Services Team and pivotal to the continued success of our business and the successful implementation of our vision of putting customers first.
