Following the introduction of a new Housing and Assets portfolio, we are pleased to announce that we are looking to recruit three Service Managers to join our highly motivated and committed Management Team.

This role will provide strategic leadership and operational management of a diverse range of Housing Support and Homelessness Prevention Services.

The post comes with a broad range of tasks and provides an opportunity to lead the commissioning, management and monitoring of a range of services funded by the Welsh Governments Supporting People programme (value c £6m).

As part of the senior management team you should be a skilled professional, ideally educated to degree level standard or be able to demonstrate equivalent levels of attainment through relevant qualification or experience. You will be able to demonstrate an understanding of the issues affecting the regeneration of communities, a high level of knowledge of relevant legislation including, Homelessness Legislation, Housing Management Legislation and a commitment to putting the needs of service users at the centre of service delivery.

With a proven track record in a leadership role, you will have already demonstrated your ability to manage chance effectively, using your significant experience of service and process improvements to enhance organisation and operational effectiveness.
