Following the introduction of a new Housing and Assets portfolio, we are pleased to announce that we are looking to recruit three Service Managers to join our highly motivated and committed Management Team.

This role will lead and manage the delivery of a high quality, high performing value for money Repair, Maintenance, Void Property Service and Housing Capital Programme to Flintshire’s 7300 homes.

The post comes with a broad range of tasks and provides an opportunity to lead the delivery of the Council’s long term Housing Asset Management Strategy, the Welsh Housing Quality Standard (WHQS) 2020 and ensure that programmes of work are customer focussed and delivered in partnership with tenants and other stakeholders.

As part of the senior management team you should be a skilled professional with significant experience of managing services with evidence of continuing professional development.

With a proven track record in a leadership role, you will have already demonstrated your ability to manage chance effectively and modernise working practices in a customer focused culture.
