Support Worker

Contract Type: 6 month Fixed Term Contract
Salary: £18,252 pro rata per annum
Hours: 39 hours per week

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Project Support Worker to join our team and provide a person centered housing management service to our residents in Royston.

Mary Barfield House is a Flexi Care scheme providing housing, support and care 24/7 for older people (over 55).

This is an exciting time to join Notting Hill Genesis as we are recruiting to several roles across the Hertfordshire region. The primary focus of our services is to enable our residents to maintain their tenancies by providing a housing management service that enables them to be pro-active and part of the community.

Notting Hill Genesis is a prominent housing provider to customers in London and the South East. We have recently undergone an ambitious change programme in our services provided across the area. The aim of the new services is to ensure our customers are able to maintain their tenancies as well as achieving their own goals and aspirations by having a stable and quality home to live in.

Although previous housing experience would be suitable for this role, it is not necessary, we are looking for inspirational individuals who will seize the potential of making a difference in people's lives. We want to find motivational individual's that have a genuine interest working with Older People and delivering a person-centered service.

The starting salary for the role is £18,252 pro rata per annum. You will work 39 hours, 5 days per week. Hours are flexible to accommodate our customers' needs. You will work alternate weekends.
