Fizzy Living is an exciting young residential property business. We offer good-quality rented accommodation, in easy-commutable locations, and a management service that makes life simple. Our target market is the Rentysomethings – young professionals, who are switched on to London-life, social-media and convenient lifestyles.
Currently we have a portfolio of 682 apartments in 7 buildings across London, with a further 300 apartments under construction. FIZZY is based in Twickenham, where we have a team of around 30. We are partly owned by Metropolitan Thames Valley, whose office we share.
The Fizzy Living portfolio is funded by way of a £200m investment through a commercial subsidiary of Thames Valley Housing Association, with a major overseas investor. It is planned to grow the portfolio to over 1,000 units in the next two years.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, lettings administration, conducting viewings, assisting with the delivery of open days, distributing marketing collateral and undertaking inventories.
