The role

We are currently looking to recruit a Data and Performance Analyst who will help us provide key technical skills to support our Customer Experience objectives through data intelligence and performance trend reporting.
You will be responsible for collating and producing daily, weekly and monthly reports on our Contact Centre KPI's as well as providing key analysis and intelligence, supporting for service improvement based on data evidence and quality assurance.
There will be an element of research involved within the role to help assist us to understand good practice procedure's to help support the development of a Centre of Excellence in Customer Experience.
You will need to have minimum qualification in developing SQL queries for SQL server and experience in using SQL Server Management Studio. You will have ideally previous experience of working in a customer Contact Centre led environment with good skills in Excel and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
This position is based in our Ealing office, however will require occasional instances of working out of our Paddington office. The role is based office based and requires maintaining close internal relationships and collaboratively working with the Contact Centre and other departments to ensure data requirements are met.
