Home Ownership Operations Manager

In your new role as a Home Ownership Operations Manager based at our Farringdon, EC1N Office, you will have a strong sense of stakeholder awareness and be able to build quality relationships and rapport with both internal and external customers. Using your previous management experience you will empower and engage your team to provide a consistent high quality service whilst achieving performance targets and service standards. A natural communicator you will possess the ability to translate strategic plans into operational direction for your team
With recent working knowledge of Home Ownership products and the ability to interpret leases, technically you will be IT literate, comfortable with MS programmes and able to interpret financial and systems data. You will be a real “go getter” with a strong desire to influence the operational development of the Home Ownership team.
This position is a Fixed Term Contract for a period of 6 months.
What you'll need to succeed
Significant experience of property and housing management in a Home Ownership/leasehold context
Experience of managing a team handling housing and legal administration.
Dealing with customers/people to achieve positive outcomes for the business
Experience of managing relationships with various stakeholders & partners
Experience of using various Microsoft Office packages & systems
Experience of preparing and handling First Tier tribunals (FTT) cases
A working knowledge of Housing Law
Handling complex complaints to resolution
