After Care Manager
Raven Housing Trust has a clear social purpose: building homes and changing lives. When you join us as an After Care Manager – where you will collaborate with others to ensure a quality product and smooth handover to internal and external customers whilst continually improving the customer experience – you’ll also be focused on delivering a service that keeps our residents and other customers satisfied.
We are a social business, investing in homes and lives across Surrey and Sussex to create and support flourishing communities. Everyone at Raven believes in taking personal responsibility for ensuring that we deliver exactly what we promise – because that’s how you build trust, security and a sense of belonging.
As After Care Manager, you will help new residents to feel at home in their new property, making sure that the defects process is managed smoothly. You will also produce accurate reports for management on the performance of Customer Care and defect resolutions, and demonstrate a commitment to internal and external customer’s needs. You’ll spend time at all of our sites under construction and in the office. There is a real opportunity to shape this service.
To secure this exciting opportunity, you will have a proven record of working in a fast-paced customer-facing environment with strong customer service experience and some technical knowledge of new build construction processes working for a Housing Association or House builder. An excellent communicator, verbal and written, you must be an effective influencer with impressive organisational, collaborative and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and high accuracy with the capability to analyse complex information are also essential.
Most importantly, you share our values: earning trust by being open and accountable, listening with an open mind, working collaboratively and caring about making things better.
When you join Raven, you’ll become an integral part of a 220+ team of talented, enthusiastic and innovative people who are committed to building communities. We don’t just invest in neighbourhoods, we invest in our people too.
