Reporting to the New Business Manager (Land), our New Business Project Manager will lead on securing sites in Raven’s areas of operation for development by the organisation for a range of tenures, notably market sale and social rent. You will build great networks to acquire sites and procure new developments.

You will also be expected to oversee the acquisition of land and securing planning consents. Ensuring projects are handed over to the delivery team with a clear and deliverable brief and maintaining a network of connections to support new business are also key duties.

To secure this exciting opportunity, we’re looking for a professional, flexible and commercially aware individual who has a broad understanding of the development process across affordable housing and market sale delivery, planning law, process and practice, and of contract structures. An outstanding communicator, verbal and written, you will also have experience of residential development delivery or land buying, contract negotiations and financial modelling, while strong project management, networking and interpersonal skills are also vital.
