What you'll need to succeed

As a Team Leader you will manage a customer service team, motivating and supporting them to take ownership and responsibility for customer queries received relating to rent and housing matters. You will have a positive approach and a can-do attitude leading the team to do the right thing for the customer whilst adhering to SLA’s.

Other aspects of the role will include, monthly 121’s with your team, gaining an understanding of what the contact drivers are and delivering accurate MI to support the business to improve the customer journey.
