Head of Property Services
Based in Leicester
Salary package up to £57,136, including car allowance
You will lead Advance’s planning and delivery across all aspects of property repairs and maintenance. With substantial experience in similar positions, you will ensure efficient and effective delivery of planned, cyclical and responsive repairs, procurement, contractor management and Landlord Health & Safety. You will provide collaborative and convincing leadership to the property services managers and team, to ensure a highly motivated and high performing team.
You will be a critical member of the Housing Senior Management Team, reporting to the Director of Housing, and influencing the whole breadth of housing and support services.
