Riverside have a new and exciting opportunity for a National Portfolio Manager to strategically lead our Managed Agents function, this is a permanent full time role. You will earn £48,582

What will you do?
As a trusted member of the leadership team you will manage a geographically spread workforce to establish a centre of excellence for managed agents across the group and deliver on policies, processes and procedures. You will work collaboratively with commissioners and local authorities to support business growth.

Day to day

Your responsibilities as a national portfolio manager will include:
• Having accountability for the Managed Agents team to build strong relationships with all stakeholders.
• Leading and motivating the mobile Managed Agents team developing and implementing operational objectives.
• Develop and implement KPIS, SLAS and managing resources addressing any underperformance efficiently
• Statically oversee leases, management agreements and 3rd Party SLAs for the managed agent portfolio being the senior escalation point for key issues. Continually improving and communicating any framework changes effectively
• Collaborating with and seeking feedback from key stakeholders to continually improve the service and ensuring any changes made are in accordance with change management protocols.
• Acting as a consultant for Business development team in stock acquisitions and transfers to reach growth strategy targets
• Represent the group at benchmarking forums, meetings and conferences
• Having accountability for managed agent budgets ensuring compliance and that income and expenditure is robustly managed in line with group financial controls.

Does this describe you?
You are an inspirational leader, empathetic, inclusive and resilient. Even better, you have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and can influence others.
You have significant previous experience in operational management of a managed agent’s portfolio and leading a team in a housing environment. You successfully managed large scale budgets and delivered an excellent customer care service.
