Housing Advisor (x3)

Full Time (35 hours per week)

£35,637 - £38,403

Poplar HARCA is an award-winning housing association. We have a national reputation for our innovative approach to urban and social regeneration.

We are looking for three Housing Advisors to investigate complex housing matters and casework. They need to be good with people, adept in problem solving and able to investigate and resolve complaints. They will advise and support colleagues to provide housing services to residents and prepare cases for and attend court. They will also lead on investigations into Housing Fraud.

Applicants need to have delivered an excellent service in a high-pressure environment and worked in a role with a similar level of responsibility.
