This is a great opportunity to join the Property team at Brunelcare. 

About the role

  • The role is a pivotal one and ensuring active asset management and response maintenance across the Charity.

  • Reporting to the Head of Property and Compliance, the postholder will also work closely with the property team providing an excellent service to our customers.

About you

  • Comprehensive experience in asset management.

  • Experience in managing a repairs service.

  • Experience of procurement and management of contracts.

  • Strong planning and organising skills, ideally with project management skills.

  • Experience of having worked in a multi-site operation with a variety of service models provided to people.

  • Previous experience of delivering asset management.
