Do you have an appetite for providing an excellent Repairs service operationally whilst keeping an organisations wider strategy at the forefront of your delivery?

If so, we are currently recruiting to our Improvement and Repairs team dealing with the Council’s Housing Repairs, Improvements and new build development programmes.

What we need:

An experienced professional to manage the Council’s Housing Repairs service, meet its statutory obligations and deliver an excellent service that is both customer focussed and commercially driven.

An individual who works collaboratively, with a vision for commercial opportunities and operational improvements.  

What you will do:

You will support the Head of Improvements and Repairs to deliver an exceptional Repairs service via your team, whilst supporting the organisations vision and strategy both internally and externally.

What you will bring to the job:

We are looking for a manager with experience of working in a commercially focussed environment, who has the ability to lead, develop and manage staff in line with the organisations growth, performance and culture objectives.
