Do you have an appetite for providing an excellent Repairs service operationally whilst keeping an organisations wider strategy at the forefront of your delivery?

If so, we are currently recruiting to our Improvement and Repairs team dealing with the Council’s Housing Repairs, Improvements and new build development programmes.

What we need:

An experienced housing professional to support the business planning process and the effective delivery and co-ordination of the Reactive Repairs activities.

An individual who works collaboratively, with an ability to manage data and Asset and Repairs management software systems with experience in the planning and co-ordination of resources on responsive repair activities.

What you will do:

You will support the Head of Improvements and Repairs in targeting investment where it is most needed and co-ordinate responsive repairs to deliver a customer and commercially focussed service whilst supporting the organisations vision and strategy both internally and externally.

What you will bring to the job:

We are looking for an individual with experience in the use of Repairs management software with the ability to manage, analyse and present data. You will have managed a team handling repairs planning and stock condition survey data to inform decision making of the Council’s housing repairs and investment programmes.

You will work in a commercially focussed environment and have the ability to develop and manage staff in line with the organisations growth, performance and culture objectives.
