Yorkshire Housing is a charitable organisation that owns and manages over 18,000 homes – and we are developing thousands more much-needed homes in the region. Our vision is that everyone has the opportunity to live in a quality home they can afford. We are also embarking on a major programme of change so it is an exciting time to be joining us.

Our new Head of Development will inherit a high performing team and will be responsible for the delivery of our current and future development programme which will respond to customers’ needs and demands.

We will build 6000 new high quality homes by 2025 and a minimum of 600 per annum thereafter. We are also a strategic partner with Homes England. We operate in a changing landscape and we need leaders who are very comfortable working in an environment of fast-paced change and innovation.
