Senior Construction Manager

Position: Senior Construction Manager                                      
Location: Nottinghamshire
Salary: £47,000 - £52,000

ROLE

Greenacre Recruitment is currently seeking to recruit a Permanent Senior Construction Manager Manager for a Housing Organisation in in Nottinghamshire. This role will be to lead on the delivery of all internal new build on site for the company.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead on direct procurement function, including design and construction of new build houses.
• Monitor on going sites to ensure monthly valuations are carried out.
• Assist the Assistant Director in growing the business moving forward.
• Lina management responsibility for a team of 14, including Quantity Surveyors.
• To adhere to existing working practices, methods and procedures.
• Taking proactive action to deal with any issues that may arise in a professional and conscientious manner.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience leading construction projects.
• Experience in preparing, monitoring and controlling large budgets.
• Experience of Social Housing.
