We manage a property fund which is an exciting, innovative, social impact investment fund investing in residential property and creating social impact in homelessness. St Mungo’s have worked in partnership with Resonance, a Fund Manager specialising in social impact, to raise over £200 million of investment. For this role we are looking for someone who can provide housing management support and advice to those tenants by working across the two sites.

You will ensure effective accommodation allocation, inductions, rents, void management and repairs reporting are conducted for the two sites.
Other areas include line management responsibilities, liaising with internal departments, external agencies and contractors, and implementing and reviewing procedures. Further tasks involve monitoring service KPIs, helping to deliver continuous improvement objectives and innovate our working practices to increase the service’s social impact.
To be successful, you will have experience of housing/property management and delivering a professional and effective housing management service. You will also have experience of assessing the support needs of vulnerable clients. Providing excellent customer service as well as building and maintaining effective internal and external partnerships is also required.
This is a varied and fast-paced role which will see the successful candidate using their initiative and problem solving skills to positively impact the lives of our tenants and empower them to progress.
