Ever thought about working in the housing sector? We are looking for an adaptable Finance Business Partner to join our inspirational and ambitious organisation in London.

As a key member of the Team reporting to the Senior Business Partner, you'll be responsible for providing financial and management information to all levels of management to enable their decision making. We'll look to you to challenge all operational activities with an overall view to ensuring your business areas deliver the company wide 3 year efficiency plan.

You'll be required to develop a quality and innovative business partnering service which provides first class performance information to the business. In doing so, you'll engage with business stakeholders to resolve any issues and communicate key conclusions to senior management.

You'll participate in a programme of business reviews to deliver meaningful, timely and relevant financial business analysis and support the annual budgeting exercise with the aim of improving bottom line performance.

Your other responsibilities will include:

  • Challenging business assumptions in forecasting and planning.
  • Providing regular financial and management information to the business which pays due regard to business units, and delivers timely, meaningful and accurate forecasting.
  • Developing a suite of dashboards which provide insightful management reporting and a 360 degree view of performance
  • Actively promoting efficiency and value for money and ensure that your business areas' operational and financial efficiencies are captured.

As a minimum, we'll require you to be a part qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) with the ability to distil complex analysis and succinctly present findings.

A combination of excellent communication and analytical skills is pivotal for this position.
