We currently have an exciting opportunity to join one of our retirement living schemes in Oxford.

What you will be doing:

  • Overseeing the day to day running of the scheme, providing assistance and support in order to deliver efficiently managed housing.
  • Ensuring that tenancies are managed appropriately.
  • Reducing debt owed in rent and service charges.
  • Managing cases of antisocial behaviour and any breaches of tenancy or lease agreements.
  • Line managing catering and repairs staff onsite at the scheme.

 

We’d love to meet someone with: 

  • You have a good understanding of the needs of older people
  • You have the ability to deal with customers in a professional and efficient manner
  • You are an approachable person who is responsive to requests for help
  • You can remain calm under pressure.
  • You have experience of supporting people to remain independent (desirable)
