Managing a specific patch of around 700 general needs tenancies you’ll play an important role in creating and maintaining safe and attractive homes and neighbourhoods that residents are proud to live in.
You’ll have excellent customer service and communication skills, determination and experience in providing tenancy and estate management services. You’ll have a proven track record in manging tenancies and tenants, carrying out sign-ups and ending tenancies for a variety of reasons.
