Incommunities are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and resilient individual to lead our Income Team in the development and delivery of a customer focussed and cost effective services.
Incommunities is a large association group based in Bradford and Kirklees. We manage around 22,000 properties in the region. We have a staff team of 1000 people managing & maintaining our customer’s homes. You will be able to rise to the challenge as strategic lead for the core service of income collection, able to work collaboratively with colleagues with a track record of shaping and delivering this vital service. You will have an understanding of the challenges of working in diverse communities; have great people management skills and experience of leading and managing teams through change. You will be able to demonstrate better outcomes for tenants and the organisation and greater efficiency and effectiveness as a result of your leadership.
