Manningham Housing Association (MHA) has more than a 30-year track record of delivering homes and services to BME communities. 

As a niche housing provider and one of the largest developing landlords in Bradford we have nearly 1,400 homes and house over 6,000 residents.  We have more recently returned to our roots to re-establish our identity, and be seen as the “go to” organisation that is punching above our weight. 

We are now seeking to recruit our new Director of Finance & Resources who will be responsible for Finance, IT, Governance, Procurement, and Performance and report directly to the Chief Executive.  You will be a professionally qualified accountant who has a track record in successfully leading a range of services and teams and has a strong interest in the communities we serve.

Working in a smaller organisation requires special qualities so you will need to not only be a people-focussed and visible leader, but also have the ability to engage with and give confidence to a small team.

This role will enable the Association to achieve its vision and business objectives, and lead a finance function that is modern and effective.
