What are we seeking?

We are seeking two Board members who have a strong social purpose and will be committed to the North Star approach. The successful candidates will work to the highest standards of governance, will be strategic, questioning, curious, collaborative and challenging; always open to learning and development.  We are seeking individuals who will bring housing and customer experience.

Housing: We are seeking someone from the sector, who has recent or current senior level experience of social housing and housing management.

Customers: We are looking for someone who has senior level experience of strategic management and delivery of customer services from either the private or public sector.

One of the appointees may be invited to join Group Audit Committee.
