We’re unique in being the largest social landlord in the UK not registered with the social housing provider. We own and manage over 10,000 homes across north Kent – a place of high demand and housing stress, where the population is forecast to grow by 146,000 in the next 20 years.

We have a strong group of leaders on our Boards and within our Leadership Team. Together they’re responsible for the overall direction, management and delivery of the group.

We’re looking for an outstanding candidate. Someone with extensive experience of chairing meetings and boards who can show leadership and effective decision making and direction setting. An excellent working knowledge and detailed awareness of Finance, Risk and Audit systems and procedures and the ability to develop strategies for growth and new business activities are essential.

It’s key that you’re an agile thinker, used to quickly assimilating new and complex ideas and able to clearly articulate your insights and perspectives in a range of settings.
