Quality Assurance Manager
This is a national role therefore can be based from any of the following main offices;
London, EC1N / Nottingham, NG7 / London, N14 / Twickenham, TW1

As the Quality Assurance Manager you will be responsible for managing customer focused assurance activities across the Customer Services Directorate. You will support development and delivery of the operational governance framework required to assure the Senior Leadership Team on compliance and non-compliance.
You will manage the MTVH process to use “Learning from Experience” to ensure all areas of Customer Services benefit from the learnings experienced by others.
You will manage internal audit and self-assessment processes to influence completion of agreed actions and recommendations as well as be responsible for producing reporting to Customer Services managers on compliance to standards.
What you'll need to succeed
A demonstrable experience in working is a regulated environment where Quality Assurance is a main priority.
Management experience working in the areas of quality assurance and governance frameworks.
Demonstrable experience of dealing with complex issues, particularly involving residents/customers.
Proven ability of driving improvement in performance standards throughout a team and creating a positive team working environment during a period of change.
This role will be a national role with some amounts of travel across our locations (both offices and services / estates).
