It is an exciting time to join Enfield as our Housing Service is going through real change, including in-sourcing our repairs and reshaping our tenancy management approaches, this role will have the opportunity to help drive how and what we deliver to our customer in the future.
You will be part of Housing Property Service leadership team and report directly to the Head of Housing Property Services and will be responsible for the development and implementation of our Asset Management Strategy for our 15,500 homes, developing our 5 year and 30 years asset plans and leading on our stock sustainability assessments and approach.
You will manage a small team of asset and surveying staff who oversee our asset database, undertake stock condition survey programme, manage land sales and licencing of HRA assets and support our compliance and risk management teams, and will work closely with our Major Works Programme Manager and Head of Repairs to deliver an innovative, customer focused service.
While experience of housing asset management and planning stock investment programmes will be an advantage you may equally have extensive experience in other property fields or have excellent financial or property development skills and will have worked at a senior strategic level
You will have sufficient knowledge of social housing and have the drive and passion to look for new ways of delivering innovative services and solutions for our customers whilst balance our statutory duties as a landlord.
You will work closely and professionally with both internal and external organisations displaying a high standard of customer service.
