The role

Community Investment is currently looking for individual that has strong excel skills and has a high attention to detail, for maternity cover in the role of Community Centers Assistant. The primary focus of this role will be to provide support to the Communities Team in relation to data storage and financial transactions.

The post holder will support the Communities and Centres Manager with the management of all the Groups' community facilities, ensuring a consistent approach to managing customer data and financial processes.

You will have a good knowledge of GDPR legislation and be able to deal with general customer enquiries from residents and other departments, whilst supporting teams in the delivery of community investment activities.

In this role you will be handling customer activity data and financial processing updates, therefore having a customer facing/services background would be an advantage as effective engagement with customers is key when dealing queries whether that be from our residents or other departments. You will be maintaining accurate finances, records and databases and supporting our wider team with activities.
