We are currently looking for a Rent and Service Charge Assistant to assist the rent and service charge setting and service charge reconciliation process.

 What you will be doing: 

  • Assisting with the management of the Deposit Protection Scheme

  • Assisting with setting and reviewing rent and service charges for all rental and homeownership products

  • Assisting with the maximisation of income from leases and the reduction of arrears in service charges

  • Working collaboratively with other teams in the management of leases / shared ownership leases

We’d love to meet someone with:  

  • Experience from within a housing or finance environment (ideally rent, service charge, income maximisation)

  • Experience of setting budgets

  • The ability to multitask and problem solve

  • A finance or accounting qualification (not essential)
