bpha is a Housing Association located in the Oxford to Cambridge corridor, which is committed to providing its customers with high quality, value for money services whilst continuing to develop energy efficient, sustainable and affordable housing.
We are currently looking for a Rent and Service Charge Assistant to assist the rent and service charge setting and service charge reconciliation process.
What you will be doing:

Assisting with the management of the Deposit Protection Scheme
-
Assisting with setting and reviewing rent and service charges for all rental and homeownership products
-
Assisting with the maximisation of income from leases and the reduction of arrears in service charges
-
Working collaboratively with other teams in the management of leases / shared ownership leases
We’d love to meet someone with:
-
Experience from within a housing or finance environment (ideally rent, service charge, income maximisation)

Experience of setting budgets
-
The ability to multitask and problem solve
-
A finance or accounting qualification (not essential)
