The Role
Our Income Team play a key role in supporting our residents to reduce debt and sustain their tenancies, whilst ensuring our rental income is maximised. As an Income Assistant, you will be focused on providing support to the Income Team, including Former Tenants Arrears recovery and legal administration duties.
• Independently manage a caseload of Former Tenants Arrears rent accounts ensuring key performance targets are met.
• Provide administrative support for legal work.
• Build excellent working relationships with colleagues and partners.
