Company Secretariat Assistant

We're looking for someone with excellent IT skills who can research, provide and present information in a variety of forms. You'll need to be confident working with senior staff and able to use your initiative and prioritise your own work.
Based in our modern open plan offices you'll join a supportive team where we'll help you to develop your skills and knowledge. This is your chance to play a key role in making a difference, helping our customers to develop their futures.
With your attention to detail you'll lead on the signing and sealing of legal documents, checking compliance and liaising with our Board members, Executive team and Committees. You'll be expected to identify issues and provide responses, and must be able to work in pressurised and challenging situations.
You'll provide support on a range of matters and build strong relationships with key teams across the organisation. Your proactive approach and flexible working attitude will ensure you quickly become a valued member of our team.
