Housing Officer (Income Management)
As Income Officer, you will be supporting the Income Management Team to deliver a high quality service that responds to customer and organisational needs, with a particular focus on Income Management.
You should have recent experience of rent arrears, collection and managing account debts and credits in a dedicated area. An understanding of Universal Credit would be an advantage. Working in a small team you should possess good communication skills, be organised, flexible and helpful with a commitment to developing your skills and knowledge.
You will need to flexible in reacting to the needs of the service and be efficient and organised in prioritising your workload, coupled with an assertive yet sensitive approach.
You will require the need for a clean driving licence and have the use of a vehicle for which an appropriate allowance is payable. The role will be based in Harrogate however; at times you may be required to work at either Neighbourhood Housing office.
