Planned Works Manager
£43,000 per annum plus benefit package
We’re looking for a dynamic, effective leader to head up our Asset Team. You will be responsible for the programming and delivery of the annual investment programmes for the trust, ensuring the improvement and adaptation of its housing stock are carried out to set standards in accordance with the organisation’s aims and objectives. You will also be responsible for the day to day surveying services for the organisation. We are looking for someone who has experience of managing a wide and varied workload, leading and communicating with a team and is passionate about delivering excellent customer satisfaction. Quality is also a priority in our work.
Ideally you would have a qualification in the management of asbestos, however if you are someone who is eager to learn then we would like to hear from you.
