Aftercare Cordinator
Day-to-day responsibility for customer satisfaction with the development aspects of handover and the defects liability period. Ensure Golding customers experience of their new home is positive
Ensure residents get an excellent service when moving into a new Golding
Home and through the defect rectification period.
Act as problem solver, first point of contact and co-ordinator to ensure defects
are rectified within agreed timescales and to agreed standards

Visit development sites ahead of practical completion to gain full
understanding of the specifics of each development and assist smooth
handover to internal colleagues.
Visit sites post-handover to resolve issues if necessary.
Liaise with developers, contractors, consultants and internal teams to ensure
excellent defects rectification performance. Take corrective action as
necessary to ensure residents and purchasers satisfaction is maintained.
Work closely with the Delivery team to ensure all necessary information is
provided at handover to internal colleagues and loaded onto systems.
Arrange scheme ‘demo’ days for colleagues if required. Devise innovative
methods of sharing info with colleagues and customers.
Collect customer feedback on our new homes and the post-handover defects
rectification service from a variety of sources
Respond to any complaints regarding the development team’s work promptly
and in accordance with service standards.
Produce reports and KPI summaries on customer satisfaction and defect
performance.
