Homes for Haringey are currently looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager to join their team.

This key vacancy will see you manage the Team Leaders within the department and work with the Head of Repairs to ensure a first rate service is provided.

You will direct and plan a customer focused repairs service to be carried out with particular regard to quality, quantity, attention to Health & Safety, cost control and agreed timescales.

Experience

We are looking for someone who has strong building, construction and maintenance knowledge with a proven track record in trades or has come from a repairs surveying background. You must also have extensive knowledge of HRS and how to deliver a responsive repairs service.

Contract management experience is essential for this role.

Full UK Driving licence is required.
