Job Details

Tawd Valley Developments will help the Council achieve its priorities and generate income for West Lancashire. The company will also secure additional private and Government investment into the Borough, create relationships with landowners, developers and investors and provide property and commercial expertise. This will deliver financial and regeneration benefits for the Borough and to ensure that all of this happens we are now seeking to recruit a new senior leadership team.

Our new Managing Director will be responsible to the board for the overall direction and leadership of the organisation and its effective performance.  The role will oversee all business operations, people and ventures, ensuring the company fulfils its long and short-term objectives.

The organisation has ambitious growth plans and a key role of the company is to facilitate the building of much needed new affordable housing in the area to benefit people across the Borough.
