Housing Services Team Leader
£29,802 per annum + excellent benefits
Are you a passionate, experienced, Housing professional? Do you want to work in a fast paced, innovative and customer focussed environment? Can you deliver operationally whilst keeping an organisations wider strategy at the forefront of your delivery? If so, we are currently recruiting for a Housing Services Team Leader.

What we need:
An experienced housing professional to deliver high quality and responsive services to tenants and residents in the districts housing estates. Ensuring resident involvement is central to all elements of housing management, and adequate support is provided to residents to encourage sustainable tenancies and communities.
What you will do:
You will support the Tenancy Services Manager in the provision of an integrated, high performing, customer focused housing and tenancy management service.
What you will bring to the job:
With knowledge and experience of Housing legislation, sheltered accommodation and tenancy support, you will be a customer focussed team leader who can inspire a team by being energetic, determined, positive and resilient.
